Full Job Description

Apex Systems has an end-user support analyst position available in Arlington Heights, IL.


Location: Arlington Heights, IL - Must have a reliable vehicle (on-site 5x/week)


Duration: Long-term contract


3rd Shift: 03:30PM ā€“ 12:00AM CST (Must be open to weekends/holidays as well)

Rotating shift schedule includes weekends and holidays


Pay: $28-32 /hr W2


Member of the 7X24 Unimatic (Unisys) Coverage team. Candidate will be assigned to third shift. Rotating days off, including weekends and holidays. All training is OJT.

Top 3 skill sets required for this role:

1. Attention to detail / ability to work under pressure

2. Previous level 2 application and/or mainframe support

3. Service desk / incident ticket processing

ā€¢ Work Schedule: Onsite, Arlington Heights, IL

o What days will be in-office: Rotating day off schedule includes weekends and holidays.

o What shift (if applicable)/Start Time: Third shift - 1530C-0000C
