Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, Florida for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, including coordinating communcations with the executive team, managing a heavy international travel schedule, expense reports, scheduling and managing appointments, and providing general administrative assistance to the executive team.

  • Experience planning and managing international travel and coordinating meetings with customers and stakeholders internationally
  • Experience in managing expense reports and diary management
  • Strong administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
