The Manufacturing Support Technician is responsible for the setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation of microelectronic equipment and processes for wafer, die, and package processing. Required

  • Associates degree in a technical field or a minimum 3 years of related electronic/semiconductor assembly experience
  • Basic computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office software suite
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written
  • Pays close attention to details

Full Job Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Support Tech

Job Location: Newburyport, MA 01950

Job Duration: 03 Months Contract (Possible of extension) (Temp to Hire)

Work Hours: Work shift - (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

General Summary:

· Responsible for the setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation of microelectronic equipment and process for wafer, die, and package processing.

· Implement recommended enhancements to product and process flow. Follow prescribed procedures to troubleshoot process and equipment related issues.

Essential Job Functions:

· Setup, maintain, and operate microelectronic assembly equipment

· Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

· Works with engineers and team to improve process to meet yield and cycle time requirements

· Collects and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to product, instruments, or equipment
