Onsite Technical Support employee for our Smart Shade system and app. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties:
• Learning the product’s components and basic mechanics.
• Educate / train customers on our Smart Shade system and App.
• Travel to visit dealers and trade shows for product demonstration.25% travel time
• Provide technical support to dealers and end users.
• Communicate with overseas engineers.
Qualifications:
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills and phone App skills
• 3+ years technical support experience, App experience is a plus.
• Associate+ degree is a must
