  • Strong English comprehension and grammar.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in Retail stores or field settings is a plus.
  • Technical Requirements: Minimum internet speeds of 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. Must use a wired Ethernet connection (wireless connections are not allowed). Must have a private, distraction-free workspace. Must have a smart phone for multi-factor authentication. Only client -provided hardware should be connected to the computer.

Job Opportunity: Customer Services Representative

Position: Consumer Services Representative

Location: Remote (Local Candidates Only, within 60 miles of Mason, OH)

Training Dates: October 7, 2024 – October 18, 2024

Training Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift: Mixed shifts of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Rotating Saturdays with alternate weekdays off

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
