Position: Consumer Services Representative

Location: Remote (Local Candidates Only, within 60 miles of Mason, OH)

Training Dates: October 7, 2024 – October 18, 2024

Training Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift: Mixed shifts of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Rotating Saturdays with alternate weekdays off

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Description: As a Consumer Services Representative (CSR), you will provide high-quality support and problem resolution through multiple channels including telephonic, chat, email, social media, and US mail. Your role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and protecting Retail revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with service and support issues via various channels.
• Resolve problems using department tools, resources, and expertise, ensuring increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating continuous performance improvement and solid business skills.
• Meet productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels.
• Use courteous and professional language, working effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent; not required but necessary for permanent conversion.
• Ability to produce quality written correspondence.
• Basic math skills and intermediate PC knowledge.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and internet browsers.
• Commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact.
• Strong English comprehension and grammar.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in Retail stores or field settings is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum internet speeds of 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.
• Must use a wired Ethernet connection (wireless connections are not allowed).
• Must have a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Must have a smart phone for multi-factor authentication.
• Only client -provided hardware should be connected to the computer.

Additional Information:

• Must be able to pick up equipment from Mason, OH - CSC and set it up at home. Equipment includes CPU, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, power cord, monitor adapter cord, and a 6 ft Ethernet cord.
