Location: Cincinnati, OH, downtown: onsite Monday-Wednesday, Remote Thursday- Friday
Duration: 12 month contract-to-hire

Job Description
An employer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Program Manager for a long-term contract opportunity. This Program Manager will be managing a capital project (roughly $300 million) for the installation of solar panels for the company’s retail stores. While having oversight of the project they will be responsible for communicating with vendors and individual stores across multiple states. In addition, they will work with engineers, a project manager, and subcontractors to ensure the project timelines are met while effectively reporting updates to the facility engineering leaders and other stakeholders. Other responsibilities will include scheduling, reporting, creating Gantt charts, insuring safety such as fall protection, and staying within budget. To be successful in this position this induvial will need experience managing large budget projects within the retail or commercial construction space and be open to travel up to 50% for the first 2-3 months.
