Who are we looking for?
The Agent Services Coordinator must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. The Agent Services Coordinator will assist the Team Leaders with agent intake and exit processes and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Agent Services Coordinator must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner.

● Flexible. must be able to prioritize and accommodate changes and interruptions without losing sight of time-management priorities
● Highly organized. Able to juggle varying tasks and requests daily. Ability to follow established processes and protocols
● Proficient with communication and social media platforms and design software: general computer skills, google suite, zoom, FB, Instagram, Slack, What’s App, e-letter systems, Canva, in-design
● Ability to be in-house expert in meeting equipment: using the office systems to run PowerPoint presentations, zoom meetings, etc
● Ability to learn to be proficient in CRM system, zoom, docusign
● Position is full time on-site
Essential duties and responsibilities
● Front Desk services - greeting, providing assistance and responding to calls and questions from: clients, agents,
management, co-brokers, and guests of the brokerage
● Follow established, and continuously suggest ways to improve our systems to stay ahead and on top of agent and market center activities at all times.
● Energetic & dynamic presenter of content during office meetings/trainings in person and via Zoom
● Make monthly care calls to agents
● Manage documents. systematically track internal documents, processes and organizational needs
● Manage office supplies, inventory and mail.
● Maintain a clean inviting office presentation.
● Work closely with Team Leaders and Market Center Administrators
● Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, office meetings, lunch coordination, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year
