Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in computer science / IT Help Desk Support within the Healthcare Industry
  • Technical skills in desktop support, including PC troubleshooting, windows, network, & printer troubleshooting
  • Must have Active Directory knowledge
  • Comfortable performing tasks beyond just password resets

Preferred

  • Experience with ServiceNow or Citrix

IDR is seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to join one of our top clients in the healthcare industry in the Dallas area. Required Skills for the IT Support Desk:

  • Someone whose coming from a busy environment, someone who is dependable, someone who can get through 30-40 calls a day, able to keep a positive attitude, and someone who is focused on customer service.
  • 1 -3 years of professional experience in computer science / IT Help Desk Support within the Healthcare Industry
  • Technical Skills: A lot of what we do is desktop support, standard desktop support skills. This person will need to be coming from a role where they do PC troubleshooting, windows, network, & printer troubleshooting.
  • Must have Active Directory
  • Must be comfortable performing tasks beyond just password resets, they must know imaging, network troubleshooting, & hardware repairs as well

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or Citrix
