Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Day to day trademark prosecution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in trademark prosecution
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases effectively.

Further Details:

• Pay: $94,000 - $175,000*

* Senior Paralegal (minimum of 7 years of experience) is a minimum of $93,693.60 to a maximum of $140,540.40 per year.

Senior Paralegal Specialist (minimum of 18 years of experience) is a minimum of $116,380 to a maximum of $174,570 per year.
