Position: Technical Program Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Intake of T4T and Tech Enablement projects.
• Tracking / Management of T4T and Tech Enablement projects that span multiple teams within and beyond O2.
• Should have managed integration projects
• Lead some technical projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and work proactively to mitigate them.
• Develop project plans and schedules and track them.
• Beyond projects, helping with post mortem management.
• Post Mortem action items tracking

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, or a related role.
• Previous engineering background
• Proven track record of managing software releases in an agile environment.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment automation tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including offshore.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) or agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
• Familiarity with program management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
