HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring full and efficient site performance.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, P&L, and customer service within the distribution center.
• Develop and implement long-range labor planning based on sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet warehouse operation goals and support the production department.
• Manage transportation logistics into and out of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Build bench strength through hands-on training and succession planning.

ARE YOU A SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER ROCK STAR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 10+ years of experience in a distribution environment, with 7+ years in a management role.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or GxP-related distribution environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with cold chain storage and distribution is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare distribution licenses, with the ability to obtain a personal designated representative license.
