Ledgent Technology is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work a hybrid schedule with our client in Shelton, CT.

You will be providing technical support to clients. Some travel to client sites will be required.

This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of IT Help Desk experience
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Experience with Office365 and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience working with Active Directory and password resets
  • Experience using ticketing software
