  • Process expense reports and track office budget.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
