Bohme, Inc. is seeking an outgoing, professional Sales Lead to work in collaboration with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operational assignments. Responsibilities

  • Open store and maintain opening operations on scheduled days
  • Close store and maintain closing operations on scheduled days
  • Execute the bank deposits
  • Complete cash refunds for returned merchandise for customers in a professional manner
  • Complete employee purchases for accuracy and always comply with employee discount policy
  • Do cash pay-outs for store purchases and services that are authorized by the Store Manager or Field Supervisor
  • Complete markdowns on sale and damaged good when instructed
  • Receive and help merchandise inventory shipments
  • Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals, as well as your own. Communicate goals and monitor achievements
  • Effectively ensure that customers are serviced properly by direct selling and monitoring of sales floor
  • Inform all staff of daily assignments and böhme initiatives as outlined by Store Manager and the Corporate Office
  • Make merchandise and floor changes as assigned by Store Manager
  • Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
  • Report any customer service and customer or employee incidents to Store Manager
  • Initiate self-training and encourage other staff training through training materials
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
  • Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
