What you'll work onWe seek a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a key role in generating revenue by managing inbound and outbound sales calls, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Day to Day- Increase sales by locating opportunities for new business through marketing leads and self-generated opportunities.
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects and lead them through the sales cycle to close.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
- Identify and qualify leads, moving them through the sales funnel
- Manage KPIs and sales funnel health metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement & risks to meeting forecast and opportunities to improve close ratios and velocity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Hubspot
- Be able to present a value-based demo
- Be customer focused

Your Qualifications- At least 2+ years of sales experience.
- Previous experience in sales demonstrating the ability to manage the sales funnel from MQL to close.
- A track record of over-achieving sales goals
- Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Hubspot or similar)
- Proficient with standard software programs including Google Suites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate with and influence others
- Value-based selling approach
- Organized, analytical, detail-oriented
- Excellent presentation and closing skills
