The Front Bar Receptionist at FACE FOUNDRIé is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest, maintaining high standards of customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.   • Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
  • Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
  • Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
  • Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
  • Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.

Pay: Base Pay + Commission
