Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operational aspects of retail data partnerships on-boarding and ongoing maintenance, in partnership with retail data leadership.
  • Work with Trade Desk go-to-market teams to evangelize, educate and grow the use of the partners' offerings.
  • Support client facing teams with retail data campaign set-up and execution through training, on-demand support, and best practices development.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by partnering with the product marketing to maintain all relevant documentation for our retail partnerships.
  • Support client/agency sales enablement efforts related to specific partnerships and/or overall retail strategy.
  • Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with management and with partners to report on status and future opportunities.
  • Identify partnership and new product opportunities; collect feedback on existing/potential utilization from agency/brand/internal teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience creating and building differentiated relationships with clients and/or partners
  • Expertise in programmatic execution (preferably The Trade Desk)
  • Excellent judgement & acute sense of self-awareness
  • Highly organized, effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable navigating complex technical processes and a broad range of client needs and requirements
  • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities

The Retail Data Partnerships is a high-impact team that focuses on driving one of TTD's most strategic initiatives - Retail partnerships. This team manages best-in-class partnerships with top U.S. retailers and are responsible for driving brand/advertiser adoption of retail services on The Trade Desk platform. Our responsibilities are focused on driving both executional and operational excellence through external partnership management and internal education and collaboration across our suite of retail data partnerships.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and manage operational aspects of retail data partnerships on-boarding and ongoing maintenance, in partnership with retail data leadership, including regular interfacing with both external partner and internal teams (ie; Product, Technical Account Management, Support Systems, Finance)
  • Work with Trade Desk go-to-market teams to evangelize, educate and grow the use of the partners' offerings;

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
