About the Position:

Our Project Engineer position is a developmental position supported by Structural Group Inc.'s Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program. The PECD program was founded in the 90's and has been the chief program for developing impactful leaders within our company. This program is a three-year mentorship run- competency managed rotational development program with the intention of internal promotion. You will work hand's-on and boots-on-the-ground with multiple mentors in varies expertise. You can expect to master skills in, estimating budget preparation and project cost control, scheduling and production rate tracking, safety management, quality control management, business development and client relations! This will allow you to 'choose your own journey' offering options for your career throughout your tenure with Structural Group Inc.

About PULLMAN Pittsburgh:

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Pittsburgh team located in Imperial, PA. In this role, you can expect to travel across the greater Pittsburgh area 50% of the time. Our PULLMAN Pittsburgh team will tackle projects across multiple industries; however, this branch's primary industries are commercial, and public. Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries. Minimum Qualifications:
