Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of brand and design experience producing strategic and creative work that produced results

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in B2B/ SaaS
  • A portfolio that shows a proven track record of collaborating within small teams to create exceptional work
  • Experience concepting and designing performance media, including paid social, paid search, web pages and landing pages
  • Illustration & animation experience
  • Ability to manage a design project-from discovery to delivery
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills

About the Role:

As a Senior Designer you'll be a senior member of Dashlane's in-house creative team. You'll help us proactively evolve and elevate our brand experience-designing clear, compelling, and dynamic creative that drive business goals. Key areas include demand generation, performance marketing, campaign concept creation, and experiential marketing.

Reporting to Dashlane's Creative Director, you'll own the maintenance, and evolution of our marketing website-working with a team of ambitious and multidisciplinary designers, writers, strategists, and marketers.

Location:

This position will be located in our New York City office in a hybrid capacity with 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $117,000 - 137,000in base salary

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
