  • Manage and input information into customers Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Enter and update customer and carrier profiles within ROAR's operating system
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and carriers
  • Aggressively handle rate negotiations with carrier partners
  • Work with an operations team and account managers to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Be a problem-solver and solutions-provider to all customers, carriers and ROAR associates
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by ROAR Management team, as well as related administrative duties with both accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Two or more years of experience in intermodal operations or related transportation industry
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Products and Transportation Operations Systems
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, deadline driven and sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
  • Positive mindset and self-motivated

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$59,160.00 - $80,040.00
