  • Create product portfolio roadmaps, launch kits, and specification sheets to support new verticals.
  • Recommend lean manufacturing principles that improve production processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to drive supplier quality, selection, and cost improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze warranty data to improve operations, product training, and after sales support.
  • Ensure QC testing and development processes are documented and meet compliance with regulations and standards, including 3rd party certifications for international solutions (N.A.).
  • Participate in strategic planning, SIOP, and budget development.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Engineer, Product Manager, or Quality Manager.

Preferred

  • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and product management principles.
  • Great interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, AutoCAD, and applicable measurement tools.
  • Leadership skills and experience; ability to manage and develop a team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Engineering Manager to join our team. This hands-on leader will lead product lifecycle management and market positioning through best-in-class technical product innovation and production process optimization for our growing manufacturing company. The Product Engineering Manager will enhance R&D, quality control, product management and technical training.
