  • Be a CTE ambassador, providing all candidates a memorable experience at every touchpoint in the interview process
  • Manage scheduling responsibilities for the candidate lifecycle, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, and candidate pregames and roundups
  • Work with candidates and hiring teams across multiple departments on all interview logistics and updates to interviewers and candidates
  • Support processes fundamental to the recruiting lifecycle, including creating requisitions, setting up approval pathways, and posting jobs
  • Ensure data integrity in our applicant tracking system Jobvite
  • Maintains the confidentiality of all information
  • Look for opportunities to better our processes -- we appreciate fresh eyes and are always looking to improve
  • Support ad hoc projects and requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 1 year of coordination experience
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills along with effective time-management
  • A good personal organization system with a focus on keeping the details in order
  • A customer-centric focus; you will put our candidate's needs first
  • The ability to problem solve in the moment when things go awry
  • The ability to work independently from your team
  • Experience working with and supporting others no matter the task
  • A passion for improving processes

Summary

CTE is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts as we continue to grow the team. Recruiting Coordinators are the linchpin of the Recruiting Team -- overseeing both process and experience. You will be reporting to the Director, TA and build trusted partnerships as you schedule interviews across teams and departments. You are also instrumental in providing an exceptional experience for all of our candidates, so they leave CTE feeling positive no matter the outcome.
