The National Accounts Manager at SKF is responsible for directing the implementation of SKF lubrication sales and marketing programs within assigned products/accounts.   • Documented account details to be created and maintained for successors and team member additions.
  • Grow assigned account sales through application expansion of the RecondOil product line.
  • Maintain and communicate to Company direct knowledge of key market and competitive conditions and changes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Working knowledge of oil, greases, and lubricant filtration principles (Desired)
  • Experience with lubricant sales, oil filtration, "oil jobber market", and selling strategies and sales techniques within the oil and lubricant filtration markets.
  • Able to make critical decisions in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
  • B.S./B.A. Degree in Business or equivalent with strong Sales/Marketing emphasis (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience in building long-term partnerships with O.E.M.'s and Distribution.
  • Ability to inspire those around you.
  • More than 5 years' experience in industrial, construction, oil jobber, and mining sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects within a team environment.
  • 3-5 years' successfully managing O.E.M. and Distribution with a value-added product line.
  • Proven successful sales track record.

Summary:
Direct the implementation of SKF lubrication sales and marketing programs within assigned products/accounts, by performing the following duties personally or through distribution. Products and accounts to include, but not limited to, RecondOil.
