DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage key accounts - Develop and manage senior level decision maker relationships to successfully manage accounts
  • Grow and win new business - Develop market and account specific strategies to manage and grow existing clients and identify and close new business
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual sales quota for both revenue and margin
  • Work with customer service to ensure that ABCorp delivers the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitor competitive products.
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to deepen relationships with customers and develop new relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with all relevant parts of the ABCorp organization to deliver required solutions to customers on time and meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Accurately report on sales performance on a regular and timely basis - Provide weekly "pipeline" update and accurate 90-day forecasting
