The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, overseeing the daily activities of the inventory staff, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.   • Establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives
  • Investigate, identify and reconcile the cycle count discrepancies, i.e., shortages as well as overages
  • Maintain a safe and secure inventory area
  • Organize and facilitate shrink meetings and identify the root causes of shrink
  • Prepare and submit reports to management

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Must have Ecommerce experience
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Manager or related position
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient in Excel is required

Inventory Supervisor Job Summary

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels. You will oversee the daily activities of the inventory staff, analyze inventory data, and ensure accuracy of inventory records. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies, as well as assist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory.

eCommerce/3PL experience is a must.
