  • Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
  • Responsible for assisting customers with loaner vehicles.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, directs caller to appropriate department, or individual, or takes a thorough message in the event that an associate is not available.
  • Schedules service appointments.
  • Prepares refreshments and performs light housekeeping duties in cafe.
  • Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures.
  • Assists with dealership duties as requested.
  • Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements, entering and exiting buildings, and transportation mode during all seasons

Full Job Description

Lexus of Nashville is looking for a full-time Service Receptionist to join our team. We need someone with both a winning attitude and professional appearance. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to multitask and adhere to a schedule.

PAY RATE $16/HR, $17 AFTER 90 DAYS
