  • Support all commercial and retail sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with the selection and training of Store Associates and perform supervisory duties of Store Manager in his/her absence.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent
  • 1 year of retail experience (Cell Phone Repair Experience a Plus)
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Strong technical aptitude and a basic understanding of electronics
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and install automotive batteries
  • Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
