Fleet Maintenance Supervisor - Auburn, WA

The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Corporate Maintenance Manager and oversees all fleet maintenance for their respective geographical area. Supervisors are responsible for workflow management, labor management, asset/fleet management, DOT/regulatory compliance, ensuring quality standards are always met, financial performance as part of the maintenance team, parts management / inventory control, and working with modern data and analytical systems including Microsoft office suite. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for managing lease and maintenance vendors within their area of responsibility. Applicants must also possess effective communication skills.

Supervisor Minimum Requirements:

• 5-10 years minimum experience as a diesel technician.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and develop action plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of departmental staff.
• Experience with inventory control systems.
• Experience with maintenance data systems.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Ability/experience developing and training technicians in a shop environment.
