  • Have thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies.
  • Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
  • Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
  • Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
  • Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
  • Option to volunteer to assist Dispatch when the office is closed and receive $50 per call.

Full Job Description

Compensation: Monthly Rent Credit $385.00

Schedule: Hours per Month 25.00

Must be able to live on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include some building maintenance.
  • Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
  • Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Steven Scott Management's standard of professionalism.
  • Light cleaning duties may be required in absence of caretaker/cleaning company.
  • Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies.
  • Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
  • Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
  • Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
  • Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
  • Option to volunteer to assist Dispatch when the office is closed. Receive $50 / per call when you are able to assist.
  • Other duties as assigned
