Your Future Team

The Product Development team at Hightower develops and supports business applications and integrations that ensure our corporate functions and advisor practices. We are a group of curious, fun, and motivated individuals who are passionate about excellence and service to our advisors.

What You'll Do

Being a relationship manager, facilitator, and mediator, the Product Owner will seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through the partnership between technology and teams in defining strategy and building solutions. With organizational and project goals lighting the way, you will guide the documentation and the evaluation of potential solutions-always working to bridge the gap with improved efficiency and productivity. You will also ensure assigned projects are completed promptly, within prescribed resource limits, and following standards.
  • Partner with teams across departments (i.e., Advisor Engagement or Human Resources) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Be an expert and communicate business processes and progressive systems prototypes that improve efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Perform quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Assist project manager to develop detailed project estimates, and work plans and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet clients' and users' needs and expectations of quality.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements from team members.
  • Support research, recommendation, and application of new technologies if applicable.
