Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a highly qualified Packaging Administrative Assistant to support the Cartons and Diversified team in meeting the company's goals and initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Support Packaging departments to drive efficiencies and reduce waste by systems report creation, maintenance, enhancement and troubleshooting in SAP and Kronos.
  • Daily SAP, Kronos review to ensure transactions and corrections are completed or communicated to managers, leads and/or HR for correction. Evaluate data for accuracy.
  • Perform general administrative support as maintaining and delivering daily budget reports, daily blending scorecard, daily production and efficiency reporting.
  • Kronos Administrator overseeing payroll for union employees in department.
  • Track and monitor Paid Time Off and Accruals for the departmental employees.
  • Track attendance and communicate with Management team regarding status and discipline.
  • Order supplies and materials.
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Submit/Approve access idM requests for the Packaging team
  • Organize events within department, ie, recognition, retirement, etc. Includes obtaining prices from vendors if food will be served, scheduling delivery, and setting up area for event.
  • Maintain Packaging Administrative budget, supplies, office repairs, etc. This includes pcard reconciliation and purchase order reconciliation.
  • Submit shopping carts and manage PO's in SAP for Packaging. Includes obtaining quotes, supplier justifications, invoices, and tracking
  • Manage plant distribution lists
  • Manage weekend coverage spreadsheet and send information regarding weekend salaried on-call employee out to distribution.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Writing/ Verbal Communication Skills
  • Basic Technical Aptitude and Math Skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office and Visio skills; Excel is a must
  • Organization/Ability to Prioritize Multiple Tasks
  • Ability to Analyze Information and Problem-solve
