Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Initiate and maintain ongoing communication with key customer contacts to ensure a high-level of customer service
- Communicate key findings from monitoring activities
- Attend relevant industry / client events as needed
- Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
- Conduct customer mapping of new opportunities for each managed account
Site Preparation, Audits, and Planning
- Review client contracts, systems and equipment configurations to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
- Meet with site managers, review equipment locations and put forth recommendations for changes as needed
- Assist with the coordination of site installations and changes
- Assist with creation and updates of site maps
- Install video management software on clients' computers and provide client training
- Assist operations team with coordination before onboarding, installation pipeline, and ongoing audits and services for sites.
- Roadwork for site audits and constant touchpoints with site primes
- Digital audits every week
Internal Communication
- Work with Account Executives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Advise team of potential opportunities to drive new business
- Assist Account Executives and carry out other related duties as required
- Ensure CRM system (Salesforce) is up to date with relevant information
Ad-Hoc Work
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Client facing account management, customer service, or direct sales experience in an entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred

Working Conditions
