  • Attend Meetings and Training sessions as required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Essential Duties:
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout all steps of the sales process - every interaction counts!
  • Follow up on sales leads generated by the BDC
  • Explain and demonstrate features either in the showroom, lot or on test drives
  • Work with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate sales prince, trade-in allowance, any available discounts, etc.
  • Completes all required paperwork
  • Delivers the automobile and explains all the features to the customer
  • Attends Meetings and Training sessions as required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
