  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and credit terms to customers.
  • Maintain a professional image through personal actions and initiatives.
  • Uphold the company's core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.
  • Assist sales managers and distributors with vacuum applications knowledge, sales activities, quotations, and leads using Company CRM.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and networking.
  • Utilize available resources for personal growth.
  • Continuously pursue knowledge of economic trends that may affect the vacuum pump and system business.
  • Prepare reports on activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget.
  • Report special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes, and evaluation of competitive developments.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Provide leadership in maintaining and improving the QMS and ISO 9001 Certification.
  • Provide leadership in maintaining best safety practices.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

As a Vacuum Equipment Sales Manager, your mission is to drive sales growth within the assigned territory (covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, and Montana). You will prospect, source, and maintain quality customers, exceeding sales goals by selling industrial vacuum pumps and systems directly to clients.
