DescriptionThis is a great opportunity to work as a member of our accounts payables team. Work in a positive team environment with an established company of 61 years with 31 locations throughout Western United States. This position is based at our Headquarters location in Anaheim, CA.
The accounts payable team is responsible for the following:
- Working with vendors regarding invoices
- Working closely with our branch personnel at multiple branches
- Invoice Entry - Posting to open purchase orders and receipts - 3 way match
- EDI Invoice Matching
- Working in a team environment with other Accounts Payable Specialists and Accounting Manager
