As a Client Success Specialist, you are dedicated to providing an Effortless Experience to our clients in the legal industry. We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to make interactions as seamless and straightforward as possible. With a focus on reducing effort and providing ease of use, we aim to exceed our clients' expectations and foster long-lasting relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with legal professionals via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Utilize your tech-savvy skills to navigate various software platforms and systems efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Organize and prioritize tasks to effectively manage client requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service excellence, actively seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction
- Think critically to analyze client needs and identify appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices
Job Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in either the legal industry, a call center, or customer service is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals and colleagues is critical to success in this role
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms and systems is required. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively are necessary to handle multiple client inquiries and requests simultaneously
- The ability to think critically and analyze situations to identify appropriate solutions is essential
Schedule/Location:- Full-Time - Monday-Friday 11:30-8:00pm
- Remote - Henderson, NV (Initial 90-day probation period will be in office)
- Pay: $17-19/hour
