  • Document problem details, procedures, and resolutions within ticketing system

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong experience with Windows laptops and desktops
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office 2013 - 2016
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude

Preferred

  • Experience with service ticketing system
  • Familiar with O365 and M365 environment and Microsoft Teams

This is a full-time position. The IT Support Specialist is expected to work Monday - Friday, Additional hours may be required to support Emergency Operations and periodic maintenance.
