  • Actively assist the Company's recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and vetting qualified candidates for presentation to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with Director of HR and hiring managers to write and maintain job descriptions and post jobs internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with HRD, HR Manager, and HR colleagues to bring value and support to the business through the deployment of new and existing HR programs or tools.
  • Ensure local policies, procedures and employment documents are up to date according to local legal requirements.
  • Provide support for on-site audit/compliance reviews when necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices within the HR and Employment Legal field.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Comply with audit processes.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support the Operational and HR team in set up and support of remote location.
  • Assist in ensuring each remote office has updated licensure and auditing documentation requirements.
  • Assist in submitting and updating compliance documentation for payors.
  • Assist in completing re-credentialing applications.
  • Assist in auditing company compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years HR experience in a management role in the medical field
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Valid Driver's License

This is a full-time, hybrid position - 3 days in our Norwood, MA location and 2 days remote

We care about our customers, work closely with the medical community, and have highly skilled staff ready to assist customers in receiving the best airway management care possible for sleep apnea and asthma.

The Human Resources Generalist position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and participates in Reliable Respiratory's recruiting compliance and credentialing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform HR generalist responsibilities with a high degree of proficiency and autonomy in a complex environment.
  • Actively assists the Company's recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and vetting qualified candidates for presentation to hiring managers and when assigned, attend job and career fairs.
  • Collaborate with Director of HR and hiring managers to write and maintain job descriptions and post jobs internally and externally
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote the company, focus on time-to-hire, and attracting the best professionals
  • Collaborate with HRD, HR Manager, and HR colleagues to bring value and support to the business through the deployment of new and existing HR programs or tools including employee development, performance management, coaching, team building, wellness programs, HR technology, compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure local policies, procedures and employment documents are up to date according to local legal requirements.
  • Provide support for on-site audit/compliance reviews when necessary (regulatory/legal requirements).
  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices within the HR and Employment Legal field
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal d team as needed/required
  • Comply with audit processes
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Support the Operational and HR team in set up and support of remote location
  • Assist in ensuring each remote office has updated licensure and auditing documentation requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 3-5 years HR experience in a management role in the medical field is required
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience required
  • Compliance experience preferred
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications required
  • Valid Drivers License
