We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for the Carriage House West apartment community. - Maintain lawns, grounds, landscaping and parking lots including snow removal.

- Cleaning and housekeeping of common areas and vacant units.
- Repair and painting of vacant units.
- Perform emergency repairs.
- Create and sustain a positive work environment at the community and accomplish the objectives of the Corporate Performance Management program.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Demonstrated ability or experience in the maintenance field desirable.
- Must maintain universal EPA designation/certification.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license.
- Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
Preferred
- Fluent in Spanish
