Production Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

• Oversee the painting operations for designated department(s) and shift
• Assign jobs to appropriate personnel
• Updates the schedule requirements to painters
• Provide guidance to painters and general labor
• Verify that painters / general labor are painting quality parts
• Evaluate jobs for productivity
• Promote and participate on continuous improvement teams, as needed
• Stop production when quality issues are detected
• Coordinate employee actions for subordinates to include evaluations, discipline, training, testing and career development
• Other duties as assigned
