Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for planning, creativity, and attention to detail. As an Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
- Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during execution.
- Provide on-site event support, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.
