  • Act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, service providers, tenants, and AAG staff.
  • Assist with building and maintaining a positive public image for AAG and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships by discussing and resolving problems with tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist Vice President of Administration in performing accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, and other types of administrative duties.
  • Assist with managing facility motion picture events, advertisement of filming and other special projects at our airport venues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree in Business Management, Property Management, or Aviation Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Property Management, or Aviation Preferred
  • One to two years of work experience in administrative, marketing, aviation/airport operations, property management, or a closely related field; or combination of experience and education
  • Notary public license preferred

Overview

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This position involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
