Qualifications

Required

  • Degree preferred; equivalent experience, education, or trade school acceptable.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment; heavy manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Solid leadership, technical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with electrical, welding, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
  • CNC machine maintenance experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Preferred

  • Proficient in PLC equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Dude Solutions or CMMS software.
  • Knowledgeable in plant equipment repair, installation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting; reaching, kneeling, crawling, climbing; and standing for prolonged periods.

Position Overview:

Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000 annually.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Maintenance Techniques: Knowledgeable in plant equipment repair, installation, and maintenance; experience with CNC machines preferred.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Skilled in supervising, training, and evaluating maintenance staff; adept at managing performance and resolving issues.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with OSHA and environmental regulations; understanding of electrical codes and practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions; interpreting complex technical instructions and variables.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting; reaching, kneeling, crawling, climbing; and standing for prolonged periods.

Qualifications:
