The Accounting Intern at Baker Group will support the accounting group by performing various functions related to construction project billings, collections, budgets, accounts payable, and other supporting functions as assigned.   • Assist with entering new jobs, budgets, labor rates, and other data into Spectrum
  • Assist with reviewing and updating CSRs and Overview Reports for all assigned Project Managers' jobs
  • Assist with matching purchase orders and pack slips, and match all invoices with all supporting documents
  • Assist with reviewing vendor statements
  • Accurate daily time reporting

Full Job Description

PURPOSE

To provide support to the accounting group performing various functions related to construction project billings, collections, budgets, accounts payable and other supporting functions as assigned. Performs related work as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
