  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
  • Manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and track their performance.
  • Identifies patterns and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights for all digital outlets including email and SMS texts.
  • Constantly plans, executes, and measures on a constant loop.
  • Monitors and analyzes digital marketing metrics and KPIs. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and social media engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identifies critical conversion and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques. Use insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of the market.
  • Able to work in a constant changing and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required
  • At least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience is necessary. The food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Must have experience leading multiple types of digital marketing campaigns on all platforms.
  • Knows how to use common marketing software and tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software/dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Preferred

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being ok with quickly pivoting with plans.

Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the management of all paid ads for all of our online accounts such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, Google and YouTube. This role will also be responsible for implementing paid search ads and creating strategies to stay ahead of the competition along with continuously analyzing the data to maximize ROI. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately increase sales.

Work Hours and Benefits: This role is remote and can be either part-time ($40 per hour) or salaried full-time ($81,000 per year), depending on the person chosen for the position. We offer competitive pay and the ability to work remotely. Full-time salaried employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plus 401k after 12 months of employment.
