Coviance is seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives to identify and generate inbound and outbound sales opportunities, work within a team to move sales opportunities forward, and leverage their creativity and initiative. Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales calls (expectation is 60+ calls daily).
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activity.
  • Develop prospects into candidates by effectively communicating the value proposition tailored to their needs.
  • Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts and determining organization's decision making/buying process.
  • Identifying high potential prospects and transition qualified leads to sales executives for further follow up.
  • Effectively utilize lead qualification process as well as document sales information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain weekly reports for management on customer communication progress.
  • Work under general supervision, but a high degree of initiative and creativity are required and encouraged.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of proven inside sales or phone support/sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM Software preferred (HubSpot)

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated, high energy Sales Development Representatives looking to advance their career. The SDR is tasked with identifying and generating inbound and outbound sales opportunities as well as working within a team environment to help move sales opportunities forward with their respective regions to include Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents. It is critical that they are willing to think outside of the box and be highly self motivated.
