The Administrative Coordinator at Emergency Hospital Systems LLC is responsible for maintaining the efficient workflow, coordination, management, and assistance of projects as needed. Responsibilities

  • Manage Power DMS policies and procedures in coordination with executive and administrative leadership.
  • Manage contracts through Power DMS in coordination with executive and administrative leadership.
  • Manage annual contract reviews in coordination with executive and administrative leadership.
  • Manage complex projects within the specified time frames.
  • Type policies, policy committee meeting minutes, manuals, and reports as directed.
  • Assist Director of Plant Ops with Environment of Care responsibilities as directed.
  • Assist Chief Operations Officer with Emergency Management responsibilities as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent computer skills, competent typist
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in business machines
  • Proficient in grammar, punctuation and proper business form
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills

Position Summary
