  • Timely opening and closing of sales office.
  • Greets customers and assists them intelligently and professionally.
  • Works closely with field manager to become knowledgeable about the homebuilding process.
  • Follows up with customer concerns and questions in a timely manner.
  • Maintains, improves, and updates the sales office.
  • Ensures models and surrounding area is clean and orderly.
  • Ensures all supplies are stocked.
  • Learn Salesforce system and manage input of prospect information into follow up System.
  • Input all home information into MLS system.
  • Jointly assists in prospect follow up as directed by the Senior Community representative.
  • Review and/or provide 100% complete and accurate purchase and sales agreements every time. Provides excellent customer service.
  • Ensures the safety and security of customers while on site.
  • Assists with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years customer service experience.
  • Computer literate in MS Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Mortgage and/or real estate experience.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the VP of Sales and Marketing and the Sr. Community Representative, this position includes all of the responsibilities of the Community Sales Assistant Job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works under limited supervision and on own initiative performs standard and advanced customer service duties. Must be able to work successfully in a team environment.

Knowledge/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years customer service experience.
  • Computer literate in MS Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Mortgage and/or real estate experience helpful.

Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to recognize and identify civil (plot plans) details and explain to all Members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skill.
