Qualifications

Required

  • 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of payer and provider landscapes preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills.
  • Strong executive presence, including top-down written and verbal communication styles.

About the role

Covera is seeking a Business Analyst to craft strategies built on top of real data. In this role you will solve a wide variety of exciting business problems using our unique and proprietary datasets.
As a part of our Strategic Finance team, you will get the unique opportunity to shape the cutting-edge future of AI-assisted healthcare.
This role reports to the Vice President of Strategic Finance. Fully remote with travel as required.
In this role, you will be expected to:

Your Profile:
  • Self-starter, passionate about changing the US healthcare landscape through AI.
  • 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar. Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of payer and provider landscapes preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint storytelling.

The minimum and maximum salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $145,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location.
