As an IT Specialist I at Transplace, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with Uber Freight SaaS customers, assisting in the onboarding of new customers, and providing support using your knowledge of the Uber Freight TMS. Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic use of Microsoft suit of applications including Outlook, OneNote and Excel

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in freight industry with shippers and carriers
  • Familiarity with the freight industry, ideally worked at a company selling SaaS products
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines

About the role

As an IT Specialist II of the SaaS Product, you will maintain Uber Freight relationships with existing SaaS customers as well as assist the on-boarding team with a successful go-live for new SaaS customers using your knowledge and expertise of the Uber Freight TMS. You will be part of a team who cover a wide range of accounts dealing with varying requests/situations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, and a propensity to dive deep and solve complex problems. They will have a bias for action, be a self-starter used to working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.
